New amusement rides for sale, built to order. Kiddie amusement rides come in eight types: small electric carousels, bumper cars on battery, floor-grid or ceiling-net power, kiddie trains on track or trackless, coin-operated kiddie rides and small rotating kiddie rides.
Every ride is a new machine built to your order by an audited partner factory, with FRP (fiberglass) bodies on steel chassis, wired to the voltage and plug of your market.
Kiddie rides range RP-07 is partner-built and inspected by our QC. Each machine carries an such as E1-003, shared by the ride, its control box, its charger where it has one, and its wear-parts kit.
Given to each ride on your layout, and carried on its data sheet, run-test video and packing list.

Run Test Before Loading Witnessed by Our QC, Video and Photos Under the E Number
Every ride on your order is switched on and run at the partner factory before it is packed, and our QC team is there for the test. Sign-off comes from our QC, independent of the factory that built the machine.

- At the partner factory, after assembly and before packing, one machine at a time under its own E number.
- How it is run
- Powered up as it will be at your venue, with the voltage and plug of your destination market; battery machines charged on the charger that ships with them. Then started through each control option you ordered and run through its ride cycles.
- Checked against
- Your approved drawing, the spec in your quotation and the machine data sheet. The same documents the partner factory built to.
What our QC checks, in running order
- 01Power-up and start from each control option on the machine.
- 02The full ride cycle: carousel platform, rotating arms, train on its track or route, bumper cars on their floor-grid plates, ceiling net or battery.
- 03Emergency stop pressed while the ride is running, and the ride stopping.
- 04Seat belts and restraints on every seat.
- 05LED lighting and sound.
- 06FRP bodies and paint: the finished surfaces, and the colors, theme and logo against your approved render.
- 07Fasteners on bodies, chassis and frames.
- 08The kit counted against the E number: wear parts, English manual, wiring diagram, charger where the ride has one, and the floor-grid plates, ceiling net or train track that ship with the machine.
When a ride fails

After loading, you receive photos of each container before sealing. The run-test record stays on your project file for later parts orders.

Every ride is drawn on your layout before it is ordered.
What you send. Your floor plan with column positions, clear ceiling height, entrances and fire exits, or the site plan of an outdoor kids' zone, and the rides you want.
- FootprintThe space the ride takes, from its machine data sheet.
- ClearanceThe clear space around the ride, kept clear of your columns and fire-exit routes.
- Power pointsWhere each machine connects or charges, so your electrician plans the supply before the rides arrive.

When you receive it
Your 2D and 3D layout comes back within 3 working days of your plan reaching the design office. Changes are drawn on the same layout until you approve it. The approved drawing is what the partner factory builds to and what our QC checks against at the run test.
Who handles it
One project manager holds your layout from approval to loading, and your electrician and contractor work from that one drawing for the whole venue.

For a ceiling-net arena, the net position is checked against your building's clear ceiling height on the drawing.
The level floor, concrete base and power connection are done by you or your local contractor, at the positions the layout shows.

Third-party testing of the rides can be arranged per project on request.

Local ride inspection or registration in your market is handled by you, as with permits and inspections for the rest of your venue. The layout, data sheets, manuals and run-test records from your project are available for that inspection.
