Information You Send Through the Quote Form
The quote form is the main way we receive personal information. When you submit it, the details go to our inquiry system hosted at form.lianf.com, where our sales team reads and answers them. The form asks for:

Age groups and visitor numbers describe the planned play area, not any individual child.
The form also contains two hidden technical fields used to block spam: an empty "honeypot" field that automated bots tend to fill in, and a record of when the form was submitted. These fields do not identify you.
You decide what to fill in; more site detail gives a more accurate layout and quotation.
Information From WhatsApp and Email
When you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you send, such as site plans, photos or specifications.
The WhatsApp buttons on our pages are plain wa.me links. Clicking one opens WhatsApp and starts a chat with our sales number, +86 177 0272 7677.
The conversation then takes place inside WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to how WhatsApp handles it. We see your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and what you send us in the chat.
Browser Storage, Cookies and Analytics
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies.
Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send requests to third-party font services.
One page stores something in your browser. On the soft play equipment page, if you pick a starter layout, that choice is saved in your browser's sessionStorage so it can be filled into the quote form for you.
It stays on your device, is only sent to us if you submit the form, and is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab.
Like any website, our pages are delivered through a hosting provider whose servers process standard technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.
We do not use this data to profile visitors.
Uses of Your Information
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your inquiry within 24 hours on business days
- prepare 2D and 3D layout drawings and a quotation for your site
- confirm the order details, produce, pack and ship your equipment, and provide installation drawings and documents
- handle after-sales support, warranty requests and spare-part orders
- keep a record of your project so a repeat or follow-up order can be matched to the original drawings and part numbers
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Dealer Project Registration
If you are a dealer or distributor, you can register a project with your first layout request by giving us the end-client type, the site city or region and the project name.
We keep this registration on file for the life of the project so the project stays attached to your account, and we use it only to manage that project with you.
Information Sharing — Service Providers, Freight and Dealers
We share your information only as far as needed for the purposes above:

Data Retention
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, including quotations, orders, warranty and repeat orders, and for our legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Data Security
The quote form sends your details over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to inquiries and project files is limited to the staff who work on your project. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your Requests — Access, Correction and Deletion
You can email [email protected] at any time to:
- ask for a copy of the inquiry and project information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or out of date
- ask us to delete your inquiry data
- ask us to stop contacting you
Tell us the email address or phone number you used to contact us so we can find your records. We reply within 24 hours on business days. If we must keep some records for an open order, warranty or legal obligation, we will tell you which ones and why.
Children's Privacy
This website is for businesses and organizations buying commercial play equipment. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding a new tool to the website, we will update this page and the date at the top.
